Terms & Conditions

We’re thrilled to have you here! Before you start snapping away, please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions. They’re designed to ensure everyone has a fantastic and safe experience. Please note that by booking a session at our studio you automatically accept the below T's & C's. Have fun reading! :) 

• Reservations: All sessions must be booked in advance through our website, via email (hello@thestorystudios.co.uk) or by phone. 
• Payments: Deposit payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods. The remaining amount is to be paid in studio, before or after your session. Please note that you will also be able to order photo albums and prints with us, after your session. We have a limit of 5 people per session. You will have to pay £5 per each additional person, per session. This rule is the same for pets.  
• Cancellations: Life happens! If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund (deposit). Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% fee (deposit).

• Session Time: Each session is booked for a specific time slot. Please arrive on time to make the most of your session.
• Equipment: Feel free to use our props and outfits. Treat them with care so others can enjoy them too! Please do not move any equipment (lighting, screen, backdrops, camera, mirror etc) unless supervised and advised to do so. 
• Cleanliness: Leave the studio as you found it. Dispose of any trash and return props to their original place. Please also remember to clean after your furry friends and kids. 
• Kitchenette area: Feel free to use our kitchenette area whenever you want or need, during your session. Fancy a coffee? Let us know and we will make you one out of this world! 
• Toilets: Access to the toilet is through kitchenette.

• Respect: Be kind and respectful to other clients and our staff. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Children: Kids are welcome, but must be supervised at all times. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
• Pets: Pets are allowed with prior approval. Please ensure they are well-behaved and clean up after them.
• Emergency exit: Please note that the entrance to our studio is also the only emergency exit. In case of fire or any other emergency, immediately exit the building through the main doors. 

• Your Photos: You retain full rights to your photos. We do not store or use your images without your explicit permission. Please note that by booking a session with us you agree to transfer all you photographs to a secure & private online gallery. You will receive a link to your personal gallery within 2h from your photoshoot. Your gallery will be automatically removed after 14 days. 
• Studio Photos: We may take behind-the-scenes photos for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, just let us know. 

• Personal Items: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings secure.
• Injuries: Use the studio and equipment at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries sustained during your session. Please note that you remain responsible for all damages and loss made to the studio and equipment, during your session.

• Updates: We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, so please check back regularly.
